Below is an insight into this week's topic:

The way we work will never be the same again – from how people interact, run meetings, make decisions and deal with conflicts. In the post-Covid world, organisations face new challenges to ensure their staff are ok – that they are operating effectively and being supported in the new ways.

Working remotely and operating within the virtual world effects everyone, the brain needs to work differently and new methods are required to prevent the “brain hi-jack”. When senses are removed from interactions, there is a feeling of loss or the perception of not knowing everything.

Leaders and managers face challenges in supporting their staff which is why taking proactive steps and embracing the new ways is key. Having a coaching mindset will support organisations leverage coaching skills and tools to operate in new ways to support the organisation of today. Adopting new methods and strategies can play a core role in supporting staff and ultimately organisations.

This event focuses on the impact on the way the brain is effected and what leaders and managers can do to create more impactful outcomes to ultimately proceed in the post-Covid world of leading people and running organisations.
